All artwork purchased from www.scversillee.com is shipped fully insured and securely packaged. Once your purchase ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. All work must be signed for at time of delivery, so please make certain that someone will be available on the day your purchase is scheduled to arrive.
If in the unfortunate event your artwork arrives damaged, you have 5 days to contact S. C. Versillee to inform the artist of the issue. A return cannot be initiated without first contacting the artist. You can contact S. C. Versillee directly by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject “RETURN”. Artwork returned due to damage receives a full refund including shipping charges. Please retain all packing materials and carefully repackage the artwork so that it arrives in the best possible condition to allow for repair. If artwork has been damaged in transit, a full refund will be provided through the shipping contractor, not directly from the artist.
Every effort is made to accurately represent the physical appearance of available artwork on the site. In reality, your computer screen or mobile device will never be able to show you exactly how a work will look in real life. In over 15 years of selling directly to collectors, S. C. Versillee has not had 1 return. With that said, if you ever purchase an artwork from www.scversillee.com and you are not happy with it, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact the artist and arrange for a refund or return. Returns are processed within 10 businesses days and a refund will be issued minus any associated shipping fees.
