Shipping Policy

General Overview

All purchases from www.scversillee.com are shipped fully insured. Unless otherwise stated, canvas paintings and canvas prints ship unframed and rolled in secure, heavy duty tubes. Metal and acrylic mounted prints as well as wood-based works ship flat and securely packaged to ensure they arrive to buyers in perfect condition.

Once your purchase ships, you will be provided with a tracking number and an estimated date of delivery. Please make certain while placing your order that you provide the best email to receive this information. Please also note we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

U.S. Shipping

Orders ship for free to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico fall under international shipping rules (see below). US domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. If for some reason your order takes longer than normal to reach you, send an email to info@scversillee.com with the full details of your order, including tracking number.

International Shipping

Excluding works sold through the Addicted to Detail Mailing List, all international purchases are charged a flat fee of $75 for prints and $95 for original artwork. Any VAT, duty, or customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Allow up to 4 weeks for the arrival of your order once it ships. At this time the Site only ships to the following countries or regions outside of the U.S. This list is liable to change over time.

Accuracy of Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped to you based on the information that you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of such information. If any regulations are breached (including but not limited to export/import regulations) due to inaccurate information provided by you, then you are responsible for such a breach.

Unclaimed Items / Wrong Shipping Address

It’s you the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable. In the event that your package is returned as unclaimed by your local customs or post office, it will be your responsibility to pay for the item to be reshipped. If you opt not to have the item reshipped, you will be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs.

Shipping Disclaimer: Unforeseen Events

Occasionally, a shipment may be affected by a cause or event outside of our control, including but not limited to: strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or “act of God;” limited access to railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; limited access to public or private telecommunications networks; the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. The Site et al. will not be responsible for any situations that affect shipment of delivery of an order in the case that such situations are beyond the Site’s control.

Return and Refunds

This Return Policy is applicable only to buyers who’ve purchased items directly from www.scversillee.com. For policy terms regarding items purchased through the Addicted to Detail Mailing List, please scroll to the bottom of this page.

30-Day Guarantee

S. C. Versillee takes pride in creating and distributing high-quality works of art to buyers. Every effort is made to accurately represent the physical appearance of artwork and prints on the Site. In reality, your computer or mobile device will never be able to show you exactly how a physical work looks in real life.

If after receiving your purchase you are in any way dissatisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund and initiate a return. To initiate a refund and return, send an email with the reason for your refund request to info@scversillee.com with the subject “REFUND/RETURN” and further instructions will be provided.

In order for a purchase to be eligible for a 30-Day Guarantee refund the purchased item must arrive back to www.scversillee.com in perfect, salable condition with its original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed.

Once the item returns, you will be issued a refund within 7 business days in the US dollar equivalent amount that matches the price of the artwork or print on the day it was purchased, minus any associated shipping, taxes, duty, or customs fees.

Orders Damaged In Transit

If in the unfortunate event your purchase is damaged during shipping, you have 5 days from the date your order arrives to contact us. Please take a picture to document the damage and briefly explain the circumstances around how the damage occurred (if such details are available). Email this information with the subject “DAMAGED/RETURN” to info@scversillee.com. A return cannot be initiated before this email is received.

Orders returned due to damage during shipping receive a full refund including shipping charges once the damaged item arrives back to www.scversillee.com. Please retain all packing materials and carefully repackage the item(s) so that it arrives in the best possible condition.

Shipping Returns (All Orders Including Damaged In Transit)

Any shipping fees paid by you, including expedited services, are non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of returned item for refunds to be processed. In order to complete a successful return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that it was received (unless damaged in transit to you) and it must be in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse or deny any unreasonable returns and exchanges, such as when purchased items have been damaged, altered or tampered with by the buyer. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please note that you remain responsible for the item until it is successfully received at www.scversillee.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Simply send an email to info@scversillee.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER” using the exact same email under which your order was originally  submitted.

Items Received as Gifts

If you have been gifted an artwork or print from the Site, you are not eligible to receive a refund under any circumstances. The Site’s refund policies only apply to the original purchaser.

Addicted to Detail Refund and Return Policy

The Refund Policy terms stated above also apply to all PHYSICAL artworks purchased through the Addicted to Detail Mailing List. Sales of digital artworks or “digital NFTs” are final and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
